This was a bit of a disappointment when I visited. We went in looking for replacement lenses for my scratched ones. We were given a price quote immediately of about $330. She never asked about what type of lenses I wanted, what coatings I was interested in, or what my insurance was. After I pressed for more info we were able to get a price quote with my insurance for high index lenses with anti-reflective coatings. The original quote was for basic plastic lenses. To get the insurance pricing she had to submit it as a claim and then cancel it if we weren't interested in buying. This seemed unusual to me and she seemed inconvenienced when we said we needed time to talk it over. In the end the interaction ended with her just walking off and leaving us at the desk. I felt less like a customer and more like an inconvenience because I didn't say yes to the first price that was thrown out. The prices were all higher than we were quoted at other locations, so we likely won't be back.
