Best gym in the area. Great support for achieving fitness goals. Great prices and services and convenient hours and location. Lots of equipment (ellipticals, treadmills, free weights, hammer strength equipment, exercise machines, etc), yoga studio, tanning beds, personal training, exercise classes, child care, outdoor exercise classes and tons of parking. I love their "No Meat Head" policy. I enjoy lifting weights but not when a bunch of muscle heads are purposely grunting and trying to look tough. Thank you Dynamic Fitness for changing my life!
