They seem to be improving in Their customer service. I was there in line for the drive up and it was about a 15 minute wait. The car ahead of me bought 6 drinks for their carload. When I pulled up I received my drink and was told it was on the house on account of the long wait. That was a nice surprise. I went back a week later and went inside and, although busy, there were more hellos and "I'll be right there" which made me feel Good about being noticed. Kudos for stepping up on the customer Service.
