Came here today for the new Hangover movie for our anniversary. It was the worst Stars and Strollers experience yet. They are doing construction in the area and we could not find an elevator to use to get to the correct level. We even went to a security desk in a connecting building to ask for help and he told us to walk all the way around (with Chris with his cane and me with the stroller) when we could've used the elevator JUST AROUND THE CORNER from his desk...we ended up having to break down the stroller to bring it up an escalator. Also, the Cineplex website specifically states a $2 discount will be applied to tickets purchased for the showing if you bring an infant. The discount was only applied to my ticket. My husband had to pay full price...even after he brought it up with the employee, he refused to give him the discount too. AND, their "elevator" only fit 1 stroller at a time! Not cool, Cineplex, not cool. Expect an angry email shortly
