Spot on. For a Monday evening we couldn't have possibly asked for a better dinner. Among the two of us we had the spinach salad, Caesar salad, fillet mignon and bone in rib eye. Everything was cooked as ordered and the meal was on time. The price point of the restaurant is really the best part. I've experienced meals just as good as this for 1.5 or even twice as much money downtown or on the strip in Las Vegas. Our only regret is that we didn't have room for desert. Do yourself a favor and order the maker's mark old fashioned before the meal. Cheers Charcoal Room!
