I was happy to hear this morning about the prompt response in regards to the dilemma we encountered this weekend. The office manager and the vet himself sat down and corrected the mistake, making the notation of the vaccines given to our dog. I'm still a little confused only because whoever we spoke to told us specifically that she spoke to the vet and that he had no recollection of giving the shots & if he had, didn't know what it was he gave her. So, did she REALLY ask the vet or not? That is still a bit concerning to me however, the situation was rectified in a timely manner & they took responsibility on their end & acknowledged that whoever we spoke to handled the situation poorly. THAT I can respect & appreciate. They were even nice enough to not charge us for the vaccines. Thank you, Lori & Bernie!! We may just consider coming back w our babies.
