Least busy: After 9.30pm, Sunday afternoon/evening
Most busy: 7pm on a weeknight. Saturday afternoon (kids' parties.)
Height - They're about 35', so not too tall. Good for me, a novice, probably a bit short for those who are pretty serious.
Diversity: There's a pretty large bouldering area, 6 climbing wall "nooks" with about 12 climbs each, a room with ceiling climbs, and a wall with about 12 self-belay climbs.
Difficulty: I find it a good mix, sometimes there aren't enough 5.9/10a's for me if they're changing routes over, but if that's the case it's usually better in a few days. Routes seem to change every few weeks.
People: The other climbers have been nothing but helpful/friendly. No egos in my experience, which is great.
