My wife and I had a negative experience with another security company who ended up being dishonest about the contract length and monthly price so I spent the last month checking out a few companies to make sure I got it right this time. The manager at the office (Andrew) took his time with us explaining everything about the equipment and the contract, he was very thorough and actually handled everything with me over the phone (4 calls in total I think). No pressure from him which was nice.
When we finally selected Synergy to be our company the technician who came out (Joel) was not only very knowledgeable and professional but also very CLEAN, which is a big point for us, he left absolutely no mess or trash anywhere on the property. Also he took time to set up the apps on our phone for the system and the cameras too. I was initially looking at the Honeywell system from the other company however the 2 Gig does everything it does and more and the platform is VERY user friendly. All in all I'm glad we waited to pick the right company.
