We went here because downtown Madison was absolutely crazy and every other place had a wait for 2 hours. We should have known better when there wasnt one. Like previous reviewers said, we had to wait about 15 minutes to get anyone to even come to our table. This place was seat yourself but there was no hostess there to tell you that. We ended up asking other customers to get the response. Upon looking at the menu, one person in our party ordered coffee. It took over 40 MINUTES to bring it. They claimed they were out of cups... they should have just gave it in a to go cup at a certain point. I ordered a mimosa with my breakfast. It came out with a dead nat floating in it. I wish i was making this up. Then, it took over 2 HOURS for us to get our food. I am sorry, but even if i was ordering a steak dinner it should not take that long for the food to come out. The food was decent, it was NOLA themed, but nowhere near made up for the experience. Overall, would give 0/5 stars if i could.
