I was in town visiting for the week and wanted to get a good yoga sesh in before sitting on a plane for hours to head home. I stumbled upon The Studio, and I'm so glad I did. It is a charming place with an inviting vibe which immediately made me feel at home. I took the Dynamic Flow class with Sara, and it's literally one of the best yoga classes I've taken. Her attention on the breath, helpful adjustments and good instruction made this a super awesome experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Thanks Sara and keep up the great work!
