When you go into this often empty store do not expect to be greeted or have anyone acknowledge you in any way. I've walked around even going near the register and the employee ignores the customers in the store. I'll never go there again because frankly the smell of all the candles in such a small space is nauseating and the lack of customer service is another reason to stay away.
You can order most of the items in their store from Wayfair anyway. Nothing special worth returning for.
