If I could give this establishment 0 stars , I would . I love supporting neighborhood businesses but I can no longer support Cleopatra . I have lived in the area for over 4 years and have been a loyal customer although they're not the cleanest . You can expect to see bugs run across the floor at any given time . The business hours on the window are not accurate. There have been many times where I've shown up at 9am on a weekday and the employees don't show up until 10 or 1030am .
If you call ahead and make an appointment , they'll tell you to come on in , when you show up , they will have you sit and waiting for at least 30 minutes . Today was one of those days and I'll be finding a new nail salon immediately .
The prices are fine , I don't mind paying whatever is asked for the service , but I do expect good service from start to finish . This is not a place I can continue to support . Hopefully the quality nail artists can start fresh in a new location because this one is trash .
