I just took my 6 month old ex350 lexus for a check up and had the worst customer service experience. To put it mildly their customer service is non existence. Phil who works at the Henderson dealership is rude, arrogant and just doesn't want to hear what you have to say When I tried to tell what was wrong he ignored everything I said and told me it was my fault, I only have 2300 miles on my car. . I bought my car at Lexus of Sahara and that was a pleasure., Michael Fletcher was the person I dealt with and it was a great experience. I will never go back to the Henderson dealership again. If you want to buy a lexus make sure you go to lexus of sahara and see Michael Fletcher he will treat you with the respect you deserve and hear what you have to say. DO NOT GO TO LEXUS OF HENDERSON OR PHIL. GO ONLY LEXUS OFSAHARA AND SEE MICHAEL FLETCHER TO BE TREATED WITHTHE REPECT YOU DESERVE .
