I was in and out in a breeze, very quick from entering the car rental place to leaving. Little did I know that when the rep kept saying, "click next" , "click next" that I actually was saying yes to all the extra insurance and most expensive fuel option. We even talked about the fuel options and I indicated my choice would be the "I fill it up" option. But got charged the $40 pre-pay anyway. When I filled the tank mid-rental it only cost $25 to fill up. So, Math... We never discussed insurance, and I never saw anything about insurance on the little display pad. When I called Customer Service after the fact, their response was [paraphrased] "Its not our fault you did not read your contract." You know, the one we stuff in an envelope. I saw on another review site to write a letter to the Attorney General and the BBB to get a refund for overcharges, so that's my next step, I guess.
