Hands down, my favorite lunch option downtown. Fantastic sandwiches/salads/side dishes, and their catering is PHENOMENAL. For people who complain about the price: have you been to au bon pain lately? It's a comparable price, and I'm willing to pay $1 or so more to support a local business (with way better food).
