TERRIBLE customer service at both the watch and jewelry departments. I had bought a Michael Kors smart watch LAST NIGHT and hated it. Last night, the employee who sold it to me removed 4 links for me so it would fit and let me know I had 30 days to return. So today, I went in to return and they wouldn't let me because I had the links removed. I let the employees know that the lady who sold me the watch never informed me of this "policy", besides, putting links back in is not rocket science. I had the links right there. They were being very rude, and the manager Susan was being a smart a** and was literally talking to me like I was an idiot. Will never be returning.
