Appointment at 2pm. Got here at 1:40pm. I wasn't greeted and wasn't asked anything. Had to ask desk person for paperwork to fill out for new patient. Why am I doing her job? I asked how long the wait and was told an HOUR! I then asked if they were behind and the response was there are people in front of you and I have to put information into the system. Which basically means you're running behind. Mind you there's only three other people here. Smh. Who knows how many are in the back. This is the cost of convenience.
