Paid a whopping $500 for their annual home warranty on a property we own in Dallas. When we needed assistance with a minor repair, they did nothing. Repeated phone calls and emails to them and all we got was the run around on an item their contract guarantees they cover. If you feel like losing $500 you can give it to these guys or you could burn it in the backyard - same result.
