Like other gyms, no one judges you here, it's very welcoming and the staff makes sure you are comfortable. At ILKB, they push you passed your comfort zone. You'll sweat, you'll lose your breath, you'll get angry, you'll psych yourself out, you'll pick yourself up and you'll do it all over again.
