I just have to say that the man with the beard and shorts at the C4 gate at the Las Vegas airport checking us in has a fantastic smile. His face was the most genuinely happy I have ever seen, especially at an airport setting. He was so friendly to every single person he encountered. Bravo to Southwest Airlines for having this incredible employee. As far as an airline as a whole, Southwest is great too. Most of the employees are above average or better in the customer service scope. The flights I have had the opportunity to take, have been on time or within 5-20 minutes of their eta. The cost of flights and deals through southwest vacations can be excellent. I'd also like to thank the pilots of Southwest.
