When I found out there was a My Oil Business in Mesa I was super excited even though it is far drive from my house. I show up Monday at 10am and they were closed. Didn't open until 11am. They had changed their hours 2 weeks prior and didn't update their website. To top it off the hours they chose are so ridiculous that you'll almost always show up when they're closed - no consistency. The customer service is lacking since a few weeks ago - much better now! The store is in a closet sized room - very awkward considering its such close quarters especially when multiple customers are looking. I've sent multiple people over and they all say they felt really weird. People would purchase so much more if this place if it was more comfortable. If I'm in the area and they're open, I'll stop in to buy but if not I'll just order from aromatools.com. Very disappointing considering their location in UT.
