Staff here was absolutely rude to my family and I. They made the drinks for the people who ordered after us because "they are regulars" I kid you not that is what they told me. My 14 year old cousin ordered a grande, she got charged for a grande...and got a tall instead. When she had told the barista she had ordered a grande she responded with "no you ordered tall therefore you get a tall" she then asked the cashier and the cashier responded, rolled her eyes, "no I charged you for a tall". Never asked to see a receipt at all, just kept belittling my little cousin. When I finally walked up that is when she asked to see the receipt, I showed her she got charged for a grande and she said "oh" and kept making other people's drinks? I took my receipt, crumpled it up, and threw it in her damn face. How can someone treat their customers like that?
