I had been having car trouble for about a week now, I took the car to Walmart to get a new battery and that did not fix the issue. I had someone else look at to tell me that the terminals on the battery need to be changed out and should have been done at Walmart. The day is was snowing in Charlotte, (the only day I was off). I called TUFFY and the guy who answered the phone said I am the only one here but since this is important bring it here and I will fix it. I thought that was so nice that even in the snow when all other places shut down he decided since this was important (my car kept dying, I was stranded sometimes) he would fix it. THAT is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be back here hopefully not for the battery!
