Not a good hotel for Spring Training baseball, but decent otherwise.
The room was clean and a good size. The complimentary breakfast was fine, but nothing special.
This hotel is on the south side of the Phoenix traffic loop (near the airport) and almost all of the Spring Training facilities are far away on the West or East sides of the loop.
The hotel had free internet with very limited access, i.e. videos couldn't be played because they had too much bandwidth for the network. The springs and sheets on the sofa bed were not good at all (sheets on the normal beds were fine). They should invest in a cable system with a guide so that you know what's on and when.
