Talked with Matt when he hooked me up with my van and wow he was super nice. Everything was a smooth transaction, smooth interaction, and easy to have everything prepared. He related to me, went over all of the paperwork with ease and it was simple. No fuss no nonsense and did it with a smile.
The place was clean, professional and glad the consistency was the same from location to location. Although I don't rent out of this location, but another one, it is good to see that they work together very well.
If I'm gong to a brand name and especially since this was a buyout I want to see the same experiences. The people make the difference and Matt did. Good guy and again everything was smooth sailing. I got the truck back just as he was about to leave for lunch and he opened back up the door and finished it instead of just saying I have to go. That extra few minutes to close it all out made it worth it.
