Usually long line up during morning coffee rush and lunch time, but service is very quick and there are usually 3 cashiers taking orders. Wait time is usually about 5 minutes. Staff offers good customer service which I find is quite rare with fast food chains and this is always a big plus.
The only thing is that this location does not serve Mc Cafe drinks, smoothies or ice cream which are some of my favourite on the go things to get. The next closest location which serves these items is the McD at Queen and Spadina and also in the underground PATH in the food court near the Toronto Dominion Centre
