the first time there, my cut was great.......second time, my hair was considerably shorter on one side......the third time, stylist didn't even want to shampoo my hair, was cutting my hair crooked, corrected them, they agreed, then tried to fix it, went home to only find that hair was much shorter on one side, in the back, than the other......won't be going back, disappointing experience..............IF THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE ZERO STARS, THAT'S WHAT I WOULD GIVE.......
