Brittie has been amazing during early am rush hour ! She remembers me, insisted I get the app since I'm in so often. When she is at the window she gets my drinks right !! She is courteous , friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She even pays attention to the fact I'm ordering a bacon Gouda sandwich no egg and catches it if there is a mistake before handing me the bag. All this while keeping the rush hour line moving at a quick pace.
The only issue I have with all Starbucks is the passing down of recipes to newer employees. I love the marble mocha macchiato but every time I order it I end up with a black /white mocha they are not the same and don't taste the same !!
This Starbucks has never had a long wait when I've gone thru the drive thru. I really don't have the same opinion as some of the other reviews posted here . Nothing but good things to say about this store.
My ordering habits are all over the place. The wait in the drive thru is no longer than the others (Scottsdale / Osborn, Ocotillo/Gilbert, Hayden/Osborn, Alma School/ Chandler)
