I really WANT to like Boulders, but they make it very hard. I don't have any problems with their food. I mean, it's bar food! It serves it's purpose and usually what I've ordered is tasty. They have amazing fried pickles! The beer list is also good. They rotate the taps a lot so there is usually something new for me to try. "So, Andi. What's the problem?" The service here SUCKS. Like really, really bad. I've been here on busy nights (Trivia, Tap Takeover, other events) and I've been here in the middle of the day when it was a ghost town. Same result: bad service. I've had beers sit empty while I try to spot where my waitress is. I've waited to get my check for 45 minutes. I've even had to go ask a different waitress what's up to find out mine dipped without saying anything. Overall, I think Boulders has the potential to be a cool spot. It just needs a MAJOR service-adjustment.
