I took my car in a while back to have the major regular service done on my Accord. When I dropped the car off I also explained that there was a really strange electrical problem with the interior lights and radio cutting off intermittently. When I came back a few days later to pick the car up, Tait had me show him precisely when the electrical cuts out and deduced from the Honda repair manual the problematic loose wire under the front seat in under 3 mins. 30 seconds later, he had the problem fixed. I am convinced any other mechanic would have charged me an hour's labor just for "diagnostics" and probably recommended an engine overhaul. Tait did it GRATIS. (Maybe cuz I just spent $600 bucks on other work, but still)
