Went in to purchase a new couch and coffee table. Brian, the sales associate wasn't overly pushy but was there when we had any questions. He moved furniture around so we can see what the pieces we were interested in looked like together. I know these guys solely make commissions so most of the time they're overly pushy so that was a relief. The coffee table we wanted was the last one and it was a floor model. The manager took it upon himself to take the coffee table to his home and fix the damage part at the bottom of it. When it was delivered it looked brand new. Much appreciated especially how we didn't finance anything, we paid upfront. It was smooth and going above and beyond was definitely noticed and appreciated. The pieces are great!
