DONT GO TO THIS SALON. Under the older ownership this place was amazing. Now it is absolutely horrible.
I went three times once the ownership had changed and all three (even though i had an appointment) I was told to sit and wait for over 40-50 mins. Every time they had completely overbooked and it wasn't until i asked what was going on, that they sent someone over.
If i hadn't said anything they would of left me sitting there for hours. The worst part was that they make you sit there, won't look at you or pay any attention and then keep accepting walk ins even though you've been sitting there waiting.I though this was just a fluke at first but it is clear they have no idea how to schedule bookings.
Even worst- i bought a product from them to give to my sister as a gift. It was the OPI Nail envy strengthener, I love it and have a bottle of my own. When my sister opened the bottle, it was obvious that they were selling FAKE PRODUCTS. The packaging looked identical, when we took the bottle out, it was a completely different colour than mine, different writing on the bottle and a different texture, it also smelled horrible. I have contacted OPI and they verified it was fake.
If people want to do business like this, customers should be aware of it. Such a shame that this place was so good and now has been ruined.
