And here I thought I was one of the only ones who thought these crooks have horrible service and attitudes!!! haha. First off, the property gets A star bc it looks good from the outside. They must pay a pretty penny for their landscapers. I've toured dozens of complexes and the landscape is beautiful. BUT, when I signed my lease, they told me the upgraded apartment (bc of my higher income) wasn't available so they stuck me in the first available place. So the inside is a different story. The kitchen is super small. The vaulted ceilings must makeup for the tinier living space too. The bedroom closet has no middle rack to hang clothes...so how do you, might you ask?? Install one YOURSELF.
I had a credit to be applied to my rent throughout the year, so it would be $45 less. What they failed to tell me was that the water and trash bill were not included in my rent total, so my credit ran out halfway through my lease. That jumped my rent checks from $620 to almost $700. When they asked me to resign I was told my rent would increase yet another $35 to keep the washer/dryer unit I ALREADY HAD.
They seem to let ANYONE move in, including loud, unpleasant people who look like felons. The ladies in the office are horribly unpleasant and can't be bothered. With all of these disgusting things going on, I started to look for somewhere new to live SIX months before my lease was up. Get out now.
