They are getting one star because zero stars is not an option. I came in here with my parents to get a pair of shoes for my dad, only one person was working at the registers, so my mom got in line to pay. The old lady working at the register was very rude and asked my mom if she had a return, my mom said no and the lady proceeded to reprimand my mom for being in the wrong lane, even though it was the only register that was open. My mom was caught off guard by the old ladies rudeness and didn't know if she should go up to the register at not, the old lady proceeded to rudely tell my mom to hurry up and get to the register. She continued to be rude and say that she was "timed" on how long it took between customers while we were trying to pay for the shoes. To which I said I will not be shopping here again if getting customers in and out the door quickly was more important than providing friendly customer service that would make a customer want to come back. Before my moms transaction was even complete the old lady was calling the next customer to the register. This was a horrible experience and I will Be Shopping at TJ Max (in the same parking lot) only since they are always kind, courteous and helpful and never make you feel rushed or in their way when you shop there.
