From the second you step in you are warmly welcomed. The energy is amazing and you don't have that "New Kid" feeling. You are walked through every step until you are comfortably mounted on your bike. Your fitness level does not require a special class so my wife and I did our class together. We were inspired by our instructors energy. This isn't the typical class where someone is yelling out exercises and watching your form, our instructor set the pace for the whole class on her own bike. I was inspired by her energy and choice of music. WELL DONE CB!!!
