Nothing but terrible experiences at the Deer Valley Office and Desert Ridge Office. Terrible customer service, wait times are always over an hour, and I leave feeling super unsatisfied. I was there last week for foot numbness, I waited for 50 minutes for the PA to come in and she sat with me for 3 minutes to say "you're fine". I've had terrible back pain all weekend, I called today to come in for an ultrasound and I was told "no, there needs to be an order for an ultrasound". I'm a paying, high risk, pregnant customer and you are going to tell me "no" when this is my body and my unborn child? I am absolutely done with this "company".
