I specifically called for the cost of cleaning men's silk shirts and was given the price of $2.50 each. When I picked up my dry cleaning I was charged $6.50 per shirt and was told "oh the girl didn't know what she was talking about."
I examined the shirts before leaving and on an expensive "Nat Nast" it had an orange/rust colored stain in the middle of the back about the size of a penny with more faded staining near the collar and the bottom hem. They kept it to remove the stain. When I returned for the shirt the stain was worse. I spoke to the owner and he said well I don't have anything here that color and just shrugged his shoulders. I told him the stain wasn't there when I dropped it off and again he shrugged. This owner did not care about the damage to the shirt he just kept saying "I don't use anything that color here."
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
