I joined Push40 in July of 2017 after driving past it almost daily and wondering what it could be like. I had just gone back to work after my second baby and had struggled to get my body back into shape as quickly as the first. I had never done an interval training class and frankly, had never been fond of a treadmill. After my first class with Dan, I was hooked. It's hard, there is no way around that. But the feeling of accomplishment you get when you have finished the workout can't be beat. I started going regularly and haven't stopped, now up to five classes weekly. Each class is as hard as I make it and the coaches each give the personalized motivation each member needs. An unexpected benefit of joining Push is the sense of community that you get. It's not uncommon to hear members cheering each other on towards personal records in the middle of the class or doing spirited team competitions. Dan has turned working out from a chore to the way I prefer to start my days. I've lost the weight plus some and am stronger than I ever have been in my life. I couldn't be more grateful for Push40. You should try it.
