I'm not a big yoga person, but love exploring movement, flexibility, learning about my body and staying healthy. I have resisted hot yoga for years. My loss! Only a few days in and this place has me hooked. No hipster yogis, just smiling faces, warm spirits, and teachers that have already taught me new things, made me feel welcome and have even had me giggling in class. Thats right baby,....feel the toxins sweating out, and the love soaking in!
