I went to this dealership last weekend with a mission to purchase a vehicle. Waited around in the parking lot and then the lobby for about 15 minutes until I was even approached. The guy, George, who was sent over to help us was rude and had a sense of urgency. He rushed me through the cars claiming that they were all going to drive the same, they didn't. He then told me that they were only appraising trade in cars for "people who were actually going to buy a car that day". He didn't talk to me long enough to even know what I wanted or if I was going to buy a car. He had an attitude the whole time, was rude, and acted as if I was a waste of his time. Purchasing a car is a big decision and cost a lot of money. This is NOT an experience that I want to be rushed through or feel uncomfortable in. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Jon Lancaster Toyota and in fact, this experience has even second guess if I even want to buy a Toyota anymore.
