Oh so many shady carpet cleaners in Vegas. This is definitely one of them. They mailed us several ads with the price of $39 for 3 rooms and $1.50 per stair including sanitizing and deodorizing. We have a small house (1500 sf) with a 8x8 patch of carpet downstairs. I wanted the patch cleaned and our stairs plus a small bedroom and bathroom (carpet in a bathroom is annoying). I had them come out and suddenly after bringing in all their equipment the prices doubled. The guy said that prices on their add don't include the "special" chemicals. Uh huh. He quoted me almost $200. I actually laughed. I told him absolutely no. He got on his phone to talk to his boss and then asked me if I would like to speak to him. I asked why and he said to get a better deal. Nope...how about you sleazy jerks get out of my house. If you had just offered a fair and honest price in the first place I would have happily utilized your services. Waste of time, very deceitful advertising.
