Years ago I would come to this location being that I lived on that side of town. Now I'm only able to make it over there once in a blue moon. The last experience I had here was mediocre compared to how it used to be. No greetings or cheerful songs. However tonight was the cherry on top (no pun intended). 4 people working yet the place was a total mess. Nobody had uniforms on, no aprons, no name tags. I probably would have fit right in behind the counter with my shitty attitude and lack of knowledge on urgency. My employees could run circles around these ones and I'm far from an ice cream business.
Not to mention, they're out of CHOCOLATE ice cream.... isn't that one of the most popular. AND CONES?!?
Hopefully someone cares enough to change it. If not, then shame on you.
