Not a quality establishment and most importantly they lost my clothes! I brought in 3 shirts and 2 pants got them all back but one of the pants wasn't mine, brought them back and they couldn't find them! Said I had to come back yet again to fill out some claim form, full on knowing it would be a waste of time, skipped it, just cut my losses. The prepay thing is ridiculous most dry cleaning you pay when you p/u, but moving on, completely unprofessional and definitely taking my business elsewhere. You get what you pay for.
