Purchased beats by Dre in April the sales person advised that if anything happens to them just bring them back in and exchange them this was April 26 2015. Here i am today less than 3 months later the control no longer works. I bring them back to Best Buy and they tell me they cannot exchange them i have to take them to Apple.
