Had a tune-up here recently, and I was impressed that I did not have to book ahead, or wait a long time to get my bike back, even though it's spring and a lot of bike places are swamped at this time of year (then again, it's been pretty cold this spring - but this was BEFORE we had a ton of snow dumped on us in April). I was able to just walk in with no appointment, and my bike was ready for pickup within just a few days.
The staff were really nice, and they did a great job - my bike rides like a dream now, and hills are noticeably easier to ride up than they used to be, even though I'm a bit out of shape from not riding all winter. The fact that my bike is a little quirky in design and has an internal gear hub (making getting to the gears a lot harder) didn't seem to be an issue at all... And they even helped me get a couple of bags of pet food I was carrying (since I was short on time and trying to do multiple errands at once) secured on my bike safely!
Prices were... maybe a touch higher than I would have hoped for, but not out of line by any means. Maybe just a touch on the high side of average. But worth it for the excellent service. Will definitely be going back!
