Soooo I bought hair from Major Hair TWICE and should've known better about going back the second time. The owner promised that the hair would be better but I think it was actually WORSE than the first batch. I told him I'm a Yelper and he said, "Please call me if this hair isn't the greatest before you write the review and I'll do whatever I can to make it right." So, despite being INCENSED that he LIED to me knowing the hair was cheap and horrible I called him and waited for over a month before writing thus. He had an attitude on the phone and seemed to not care that his product was awful. He said he would call me back THAT day which was in the beginning of July and as of today, August 19th.....SURPRISE!!!! NO CALL BACK!! That my friends is why I LOVE Yelp!! Ladies AVOID Major Hair.
