I normally use Enterprise because my employer has a corporate account with them. I had to use Advantage this week because everybody else was sold out. The wait at the counter was not bad, I've waited longer at Hertz in the same complex. They do try to upsell you to a bigger car, and get you to buy the insurance, but so does virtually every other rental place. The cars are the same as every other place and the return process just as quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use this place again, especially if the rates are as good as everybody claims.
