I have never been to a Starbucks that nickel and dime every single opportunity! This has nothing to do with being cheap or complaining about a buck here and there, I'm complaining about how they went about it! I ordered two drinks, my drink that I have been ordering for 10 years and a drink for my friend. When I originally ordered the drink I said to just make two of the same (iced coffee, one pump on vanilla and a splash of soy milk). After I ordered, and paid I realized that my friend asked for four pumps of vanilla. I asked the lady to add the 3 additional pumps. She said that will be $1.50. I mentioned that it's the same drink just a little sweeter. She said, "hmmmm no, it has 4 pumps of vanilla, we charge $.50 per pump." I said I have never heard of that! I have seen people order a drink with 10 pumps of sweetener and I know for a fact that they don't pay $5.00 extra! I paid it and asked if this was new. She got a manager (bald man who was extremely rude) and said you pay for what goes into your drink. I said that I have never heard of that. He said, "what would you like to do the?" Well as*hole, I would like my $6.00 coffee and my $4.50 coffee. Horrible service and way to handle the situation! No wonder this place has horrid reviews!!
