I went to Salon Pure on a whim due to some of the reviews I'd heard. Big mistake.
My hair stylist whom shall remain anonymous was .... Frustrating. I would ask him questions about what he thought would suit my face and he would ignore me. I wanted to discuss what type of haircut I wanted and he just started cutting without really saying anything to me. He gave me the worst haircut I've EVER had so much so that one of my friends literlaly burst out laughing right after over dinner. I had made it clear that I didnt like flat hair, yet he flat ironed my hair so close to my head, it was ridiculous. And the list goes on and on. Unfriendly atmosphere, stylists who don't listen, and spending a big chunk on money in return for utter frustration are not my idea of a 5 star salon. Will definitely not return. So disappointed.
