Elix, I'm pretty sure you knew those were roach droppings on the floor and not gnats as you claimed. The exterminator never showed up, therefore by the time I moved out the room had become overrun by roaches. Liz, it wouldn't hurt for you to be a little more pleasant once in awhile - not just when the painters are around. Alex, get your facts straight before you harass and threaten over a matter that had been taken care of. Your bullying management style is ancient and has been the cause of several workers and customers alike to leave this establishment. After years of being a satisfied Extended Stay customer, I have left (months earlier than I had planned) for another chain entirely. Surely Extended Stay can do better, however I won't put myself in such an unpleasant situation again until I see proof.
